Kill vampires (Devil Bat, Atrox, and other forest dwellers) and undead (Corrupted Knight, Resurrected Knight, Corrupted Royal Guard, Resurrected Royal Guard, Slaughter Executioner, Guillotine's Ghost, Resurrected Guard, Ghost of Guillotine, Ghost of Rebel Soldier, Ghost of Rebel Leader), and collect 200
Vampire's Heart and 
Zombie's Brain
Step 2 – Return to the Mysterious Mage. Once you've collected 200
Vampire's Heart, return for your reward. If you'd like, you can keep hunting and turn in the quest again.
Reward:
