Roster Management
Before the tournament starts, the team leader can update the roster or fully cancel the registration for free and without any limit. Once the tournament has started, reprofs (character/class changes), roster updates, playing on a class different from the one registered, and cancellation of registration are no longer possible. Failure to show up for the tournament results in a technical loss (forfeit).
